SDC: StructureDefinition-sdc-questionnaire-pop-obsn-notes

If a link period is defined at the Questionnaire root, on a group item, or on a question item with descendent questions, the period will apply to all eligible (those having item.code and being of type question) descendent questions unless overridden by a nearer link period declaration.
