A thorough set of test cases for FHIRPath are located in the <a href="https://github.com/FHIR/fhir-test-cases/blob/master/r5/fhirpath/tests-fhir-r5.xml" target="_blank">FHIR-test-cases</a> GitHub repository.

These tests include operational tests for FHIR R5, and reference example resources in the <a href="https://github.com/FHIR/fhir-test-cases/tree/master/r5/examples" target="_blank">examples folder</a> in that repository.
