Creates a Coding: `%factory.Coding('http://loinc.org', '1234-5, 'An example test', '1.02')`

Parameters:

-   **system**: a string value that goes in Coding.system
-   **code**: a string value that goes in Coding.code
-   **display**: a string value that goes in Coding.display
-   **version**: a string value that goes in Coding.version

**Return Value:** A coding.
